Estimated monetary value of lands should be speeded up – Tymchenko

Fulfillment of work on the normative monetary value of lands as one of main economic regulators of land relations should be speeded up.
Head of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine Serhiy Tymchenko has said about this, the government portal informs. 

“We should speed up fulfillment of works on the normative estimated monetary value of lands as main economic regulators of land relations. Since renewal of indicators of the economic valuation of lands will ensure an increase of revenues to budgets of all levels,” the agency head said.

According to the State Agency of Land Resources, territorial land resources’ bodies held the land valuation at 28,957 inhabited localities, which is 97.2% of their total number.

In particular, in Kyiv, Sevastopol and inhabited localities of Volyn, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Rivne, Sumy and Cherkasy regions those works have been completely fulfilled.

The normative estimated monetary value of lands is at its final stage at inhabited localities in Poltava (99.9%), Ternopil (99.9%), Khmelnytsky (99.4%) and Kirovohrad (99.3%) regions, and the lowest indexes are in Dnipropetrovsk (80.9%), Mykolayiv (89.2%) and Kherson (91%) regions.

The normative monetary value of non-farm lands outside inhabited localities, in general, was held on the area of 530,500 ha, which makes up 4.86% of their total area.
